Manager - Research & Land Acquisition

Conduct market research to identify potential land opportunities in target locations. Evaluate land parcels based on location, zoning, legal status, and development potential. Coordinate with legal, technical, and liaison teams for due diligence and feasibility studies. Build and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, and government authorities.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations on land proposals and market insights. Support management in negotiations and documentation for land acquisition. Track real estate market trends, government policies, and competitor developments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field. 3–8 years of experience in land sourcing, acquisition, or property research. Strong understanding of land laws, documentation, and local approval processes. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office, GIS tools, and report preparation.

Ability to travel extensively and work with cross-functional teams.
