They are looking to expand their Digital Team by recruiting a Digital Applications Support Apprentice! This apprentice will work towards an SCQF Level 6 Qualification based in their Coatbridge location.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update the Kelio time and attendance system, ensuring accurate digital records of hours worked, holidays, and sickness. Support the Sage HR system, assisting with data entry, system upkeep, and digital workforce management. Collaborate with the Stores team to help roll out and support the new Bar Coding System for tracking goods and plant movement in and out of the facility.
Gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Nav, including raising and receipting Purchase Orders and troubleshooting system issues. Use Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) for tasks such as data analysis, reporting, document creation, and communication across teams. Work across multiple digital platforms, building experience in business systems and supporting a variety of company divisions.
Assist with digital data quality checks and help identify opportunities for process improvement using system insights. Participate in digital projects and system upgrades, contributing to testing, feedback, and user support as new features are introduced. What do they need from you?
