The Porter is responsible for providing courteous and efficient assistance to guests, primarily with luggage handling and escorting guests within the property. This role plays a key part in creating a positive first and last impression by delivering warm hospitality and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

Assist guests with luggage during arrival, departure, and room transfers. Escort guests to and from rooms, facilities, and transportation points as required. Provide basic information about the property, facilities, and services. Ensure proper handling and care of guest belongings at all times. Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest movement.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of luggage storage areas. Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and service procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or management. Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude. Physically fit and able to handle luggage. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Ability to work well in a team environment. High school certificate or equivalent preferred.
