Clinical Care Coordinator - Hilltop Recovery Residence - Westminster

HCRS seeks a full-time (37.5 hours per week) Clinical Care Coordinator to provide leadership, care coordination, therapy and facilitate other learning and growth experiences at Hilltop Recovery Residence. The Clinical Care Coordinator completes assessments, treatment plans, and coordinates discharges. The successful candidate will have a Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or clinical counseling, be licensed in the state of Vermont, or be a rostered clinician working toward licensure.

Experience working with youth in transition or young adults, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented approach is preferred. The pay for this position is $62,049-$66,300 annually.
