TO LPN Assisted Living FT

Under the supervision of Resident Care Manager, provide care for resident who can no longer live independently. Supervise, monitor and assist the residents ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and ensure the residents health and well-being. Perform administration and supervision of medication or personal care services. Oversee the daily activities performed by the Certified Aides and the Resident Service Aides.
