About The Role
To provide overall administrative support in ensuring the smooth running of the whole office What You’ll Do Assisting onboarding process, such as access card, desk set up, lockers etc. General support to office repair, maintenance on regular basis Assist with managing office supplies Submit expenses claims and invoices on timely basis Administer and update company records Provide admin support for office events and staff social events Assist with conference/meeting/event, setup or meeting rooms when required Maintain inventory of office supplies Provide back up for the Receptionist when required Provide travel arrangements for Corporate Leads Provide admin support to the Office Manager, Managing Director, Operations, Hong Kong Office and visitors Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Office Manager and Managing Director, Operations How You’ll Grow We are committed to investing and supporting you in your professional development and we have developed a range of programs focused on fostering leadership, growth and development opportunities.

What You Will Need
