1. As a NPI PM to coordinate Project Development Process for Automotive products.
2. Actively to coordinate the project teamwork among engineering, manufacturing, and customers.
3. Having ownership to lead project team on delivering product in time with good quality.
4. Regularly meeting with clients to understand their needs, explain product development progress, and gather feedback.

要求 / Requirements:

1. Excellent English or Japanese in hosting meetings and presenting the ideas
2. Familiar with project engineering development process
3. Great communication skill with internal team and external customers
4. Can tolerate high pressure and ability to work proactively and effectively
