Job description
This role supports both the Elgin and Huntley facilities in partnership with a Safety counterpart who also oversees both locations. While responsible for a broad range of EHS activities, this position has a strong environmental focus, serving as the primary resource for environmental compliance, sustainability initiatives, waste management, air and water permitting, regulatory reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.
The successful candidate ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations, and partner with site leadership to promote a culture of environmental responsibility while supporting overall safety performance across both facilities.
