Senior Supervisor, Residential Services

As a member of management team provides oversight and leadership to residential programs. Collaborates with and provides direction and supervision to Medical Coordinator and Direct Care staff to ensure quality direct services are provided to the people we serve in accordance with the agencies mission. Supports the Mission of Residential Services which is committed to providing a continuum of residential settings, creating a safe and functional living environment for all persons served.

Through collaboration, people are empowered to become full and active members of their community and to make decisions affecting (or reflecting) how they choose to live their lives.
