A Leasing Documentation Specialist is responsible for the generation and auditing of all leasing documentation to ensure compliance is met from the initial documentation request to acquiring all posting funding requirements. This position executes on multi aspects of all administrative duties shared across the documentation and customer service departments of Stride Capital.
