Mgr Nursing Unit - ACU/ENDO/Surgical Home Full Time

The Manager is accountable for the delivery of safe, efficient, high-quality, patient-centered care throughout the pre-procedure, procedural, recovery, and discharge continuum. The position provides leadership for daily operations, staffing and scheduling, employee development, quality and performance improvement, regulatory readiness, materials management, budget oversight, and equipment management.
