Gritman Medical Center is seeking a Patient Services Representative to provide essential administrative and clerical support in a fast-paced healthcare setting. This role ensures smooth patient registration, appointment scheduling, and effective communication between healthcare providers, patients, pharmacies, and other medical offices. The PSR I is expected to maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations while delivering excellent customer service and professionalism in every interaction.
