Power Within Psychology is seeking a dedicated and responsible Sales & Support Associate for our Meerut Offline Center. The role involves direct interaction with students and aspirants preparing for Psychology entrance examinations such as UGC NET, CUET PG, and MPhil Clinical Psychology. The selected candidate will play a dual role, contributing to both student support services and sales conversion processes, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all prospective and enrolled students.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with walk-in and telephonic student inquiries professionally Provide accurate information regarding our programs, services and academic offerings Understand student requirements and guide them toward suitable programs Coordinate with the academic team for resolving student queries and concerns Support daily operational activities at the center Ensure a positive and student-friendly environment at the office Benefits Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Psychology background preferred but not mandatory) Skills and Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of sales and customer handling Ability to handle student queries with patience and clarity Good organizational and follow-up skills Familiarity with CRM tools (e.

g., Zoho) will be an added advantage Proficiency in Hindi and basic English communication Experience 0–2 years of experience in sales, counseling, or support roles preferred Freshers with good communication skills and learning attitude are encouraged to apply
