What your day will look like As a Functional Analyst, you’ll play a key role in bridging business needs and technology solutions.

Your role

will combine strategic thinking, structured analysis and collaborative delivery: Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements Analyse end-to-end processes, identify improvement opportunities and propose scalable solutions Facilitate engaging workshops, interviews and design sessions with diverse stakeholders Challenge assumptions and help shape future-ready ways of working Collaborate closely with architects, developers, testers and project managers to ensure high-quality delivery Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, leveraging data flows, systems and emerging technologies Support the full lifecycle of solutions, from concept to implementation and continuous improvement What we will expect from you We’re looking for a growth-oriented and impact-driven professional who combines analytical expertise with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset.

You bring 5+ years of experience in functional analysis, business analysis or digital transformation You structure complex challenges, apply critical thinking and translate insights into practical solutions You take ownership of deliverables , ensuring quality, clarity and timely execution You collaborate effectively across teams, building strong relationships and contributing to shared outcomes You are curious and adaptable, actively exploring innovative approaches and technologies to improve solutions You communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at different levels , influencing and aligning perspectives You balance attention to detail with a strategic, big-picture mindset You demonstrate integrity, inclusiveness and a commitment to quality in every interaction You have a solid understanding of IT systems, data flows and solution design principles You are fluent in English and comfortable working in Dutch and/or French You thrive in an environment that is collaborative yet challenging , where you are empowered to grow, experiment and contribute with impact.
