Job description
The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is responsible for managing the relationship between IT and assigned business departments to ensure that systems, processes, and technology initiatives align with organizational goals. The role captures and analyzes business requirements, evaluates process efficiency, and recommends system improvements based on return-on-investment and functional impact. The BSA supports the implementation and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain and other enterprise applications.
