Jewish Home Licensed Home Care is hiring Personal Care Aides to provide support services to patients in their homes in and around Monroe County PCA or HHA certification required and current NYS Driver's License preferred. Ensure client's safety and security by supervising the home environment. Provide assistance with activities of daily living. Perform routine housekeeping activities, provide medication reminders in accordance with authorized care plan.
