This practice provides comprehensive outpatient services, convenient on-site resources, and access to multiple specialties. Position Overview
Full-time, employed position Outpatient-only setting Rural Health Center designation Collaborative team consisting of 1 Physician and 1 Nurse Practitioner On-site services include X-ray and laboratory services Access to specialty care, including: OB/GYN Cardiology Behavioral Health Endocrinology Schedule Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Requirements Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine (required) Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians Eligible for Indiana medical licensure Must maintain BLS and ACLS certifications Benefits Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 403(b) retirement plan with employer match Medical malpractice insurance with tail coverage Annual CME allowance Additional lifestyle/perks benefits
