IT Coordinator

The Information Technology Coordinator connects office and field staff with IT Department employees and resources to problems and enable effective work using technology. The position requires a comprehensive technical understanding of Apple devices and operating systems, computer, videoconferencing, and telephonic systems; and experience with help desk, mobile device management, and other SaaS applications.

The IT Coordinator also helps with department organization and efficiency through note-taking, task assignments, and other tasks as decided by the IT Director and the IT team in department and project meetings.
