Chief Transformation Officer (CTrO)

The Chief Transformation Officer (CTrO) serves as the County’s executive leader for enterprise transformation, performance improvement, digital service modernization, and data-informed operational decision-making. Reporting to the Deputy Chief Operating Officer, the CTrO leads the Office of Innovation, Strategy & Performance (OISP) and oversees the delivery of major cross-department initiatives, service redesign, performance management, strategic planning, and analytics functions.
