Responsibilities
This person will be asked to manage the mill's daily responsibilities. They will strive to attain maximum operational effectiveness and efficiency inside the workplace. These responsibilities include but are not limited to, maintenance of equipment, quality control, and maintaining proper inventory levels of ingredients and manufactured feed.
All responsibilities should be performed in accordance with company policy. Union membership is required per the collective bargaining agreement. Encouraging Growth: We support your growth through cross-training in other areas, fostering new skills for additional support.
