Associate Human Resources Business Partner

Starkey is hiring for an Associate Human Resources Business Partner to be the face of Human Resources at Starkey's Global Distribution Center (GDC) in Plainfield, Indiana. The Associate Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible to assist in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.

The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The successful Associate HRBP acts as an employee champion and change agent in support of key business strategies. Clients tend to be the front-line management team and their employees.
