Job description
The Coating Applicator Team Lead will assist the Shop Supervisor in overseeing and coordinating all activities of production employees in their designated area. This includes managing various application processes on the exterior and interior of products, such as surface preparation, application of coatings, and inspection of finished products.
The Coating Applicator Team Lead will ensure these processes meet customer and/or internal quality specifications.
