Pay available Employee recognition through Bonusly Stable, established organization serving patients for more than 25 years What You'll Do As a Registered Nurse, you'll play an essential role in guiding patients safely through their surgical experience, from pre-operative preparation through recovery and discharge.

Responsibilities include

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document clinical findings Obtain and monitor vital signs before, during, and after procedures Identify and communicate changes in patient condition Develop and update individualized nursing care plans Provide pre-operative, intra-procedural, and post-anesthesia patient care Monitor recovery and evaluate patient responses to treatment Collaborate closely with physicians, anesthesia providers, and clinical staff Educate patients and families regarding procedures, recovery, and discharge instructions Supervise support staff while promoting safe clinical practices Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher required Current BLS certification required Minimum one (1) year of Operating Room (OR) and/or Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) experience required Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred CPAN certification preferred Skills for Success Provides compassionate, patient-centered care Communicates effectively with patients, families, and coworkers Thrives in a collaborative clinical environment Maintains strong attention to detail Prioritizes patient safety and quality outcomes Demonstrates excellent organizational and critical thinking skills Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Health Management Tools Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Company Holidays 401(k) Retirement Plan Life & AD&D Insurance Short-Term Disability Insurance Accident Insurance Travel Assistance Program Identity Theft Protection Bonusly Employee Recognition Program Daily.
