Sanitation - Hot Smoke

Our Renton Hot Smoke facility is looking for sanitation person! We are producers and purveyors of healthy seafood products. Our packing lines are running at full capacity. We need a Sanitation person to help us maintain the cleanliness of our plant and surrounding area! Work Schedule is Monday

• Thursday (occasionally Friday), 12pm - 10:30pm starting at $21.57.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Perform sanitation on all production equipment, fillet tables, scales, lines, floors, walls, storage areas, totes, gondolas, containers, and product contact surfaces using pressure water hoses Need to remove guards and other processing components for sanitizing using lock out tag our procedures Empty all garbage containers in the plant Maintain an accurate inventory on cleaning supplies Perform other clean up duties, such as washing windows, scrubbing walls and floor in cooler REQUIREMENTS: We will train you how to operate an electric pallet jack if you do not have experience.

Need to be able to lift up to 75 lbs. with routine lifting of 25 lbs. Overtime required as needed depending on production demands.
