Maintenance Technician

Description Garden Villas of Lenexa is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautifully renovated independent and assisted living community. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining the building to ensure the residents are comfortable and safe. Renovating apartment units when vacated may include painting, light plumbing and electrical work and carpet demo and/or cleaning.

Pool maintenance may also be expected. HVAC certification a plus! Delmar Gardens is a family-owned, St. Louis-based company that has been serving the community for 60 years.
