Manager, Partnerships and Philanthropy

IREX is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Manager, Partnerships & Philanthropy to help drive revenue growth and deepen strategic relationships with foundations, corporations, and individual philanthropists.

This role combines fundraising, donor engagement, business development, proposal management, strategic relationship building, and program design. The successful candidate will cultivate and manage donor relationships, support the development of compelling funding opportunities, and contribute to advancing IREX's mission through sustainable philanthropic investment. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder, who is energized by creating partnerships that generate meaningful social impact.
