Job Description: Projects: Execute and carry out industrialization projects in the products/processes that will lead to continuous improvement in the performance of products and/or production line capacity. Be part of the cross functional project team, ensuring actions are being followed and completed on time, communicating critical point and successes and proposing ideas for further improvement (within project and site) Running and supporting the DFVS process roadmap for the projects involved like FMEA risk analysis Creation of trial protocol and alignment of project team and stakeholders on the trial plan Definition the objective for each test, the necessary requirements (materials, equipment, resources, etc.)
and the line/plant impacts via a precise risk analysis with the project team Complete measurement plan during the test on the defined parameters: recipe elements, SRC (manufacturing parameters), photos, product sampling, etc Creates test report and shares the trial conclusion and ensures alignment of the next steps by communicating it to the project, plant and regional team Records all the tests (computer + binder): from the request, the risk analysis, the test report, the resources required to the conclusion shared with the team.
Be part of the cross functional team by ensuring DFVS process is in accordance to EWP. More specifically tasks would be : Contribution to the validation of new technologies / new processes / new recipes Leading tests at suppliers on equipement Participates in the FAT by validating the process/product points identified beforehand; o Validates that the ENG specification is aligned with the process specification Supports Dry Commissioning according to identified needs; Participates in Wet Commissioning: in close collaboration with ENG, validates that each component delivers the process specification; If necessary, help with resolution.
Writes the wet commission report containing the measures, the methods used and the results obtained; Leads validation: develops SRCs by identifying targets and tolerances; Writes the validation report with the measurements, methods used and results obtained.
