Senior Legal Counsel

Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to take ownership of the company’s day-to-day legal needs across multiple international markets.

The role will have a strong focus on corporate legal matters, commercial contracts, legal risk management and coordination of external legal counsel. You’ll act as the central point between the business and our external legal partners, making sure legal matters are properly scoped, prioritised and driven through to resolution.

What matters most is strong corporate and commercial legal experience, sound judgement, and the ability to provide practical, business-oriented advice in a fast-moving international environment. What You’ll Do: Advise on corporate legal matters, including entity setup, group structures, reorganisations and cross-border arrangements.

Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including supplier, technology, marketing, affiliate, partnership and service agreements. Prepare and review intercompany agreements, including service, management and licensing arrangements. Act as the internal point of coordination for external law firms and legal advisors across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring matters are clearly scoped, prioritised and followed through.

Provide practical legal guidance to stakeholders across the business on commercial, corporate and operational matters. Identify legal and business risks and recommend pragmatic solutions. Support regulatory, licensing and compliance matters where required, working with specialist external counsel when appropriate. Support corporate governance, internal policies, legal templates and documentation standards.

Monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on the business. What We’re Looking For: Qualified legal professional with 5+ years of relevant experience, either in-house or within a law firm. Strong experience in corporate and commercial law, with confidence handling complex contractual matters.

Proven experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements. Experience supporting corporate structures, entity management, reorganisations or cross-border arrangements. Experience working with and coordinating external legal counsel, ideally across multiple jurisdictions. Strong commercial judgement and the ability to translate complex legal issues into clear, practical advice.

Ability to independently manage multiple legal matters, stakeholders and priorities. Comfortable operating in an international, fast-paced and evolving business environment. Excellent written and spoken English. Experience in iGaming, gaming, fintech or technology is an advantage. Exposure to regulatory compliance, licensing or multi-jurisdictional businesses is considered a plus.
