Litigation & Repair Counsel

We are currently seeking an experienced litigator to compliment the LAWPRO claims department in the role of Litigation & Repair Counsel. Litigation & Repair Counsel will provide litigation and other legal services relating to LAWPRO’s errors and omissions program. You will work with Claims Counsel and insured lawyers to efficiently resolve claims against Ontario lawyers. In repair matters, you will act on behalf of an insured lawyer before a legal proceeding has been commenced to rectify an error or reduce exposure to liability. On defence files, you will be involved in various stages of litigation to assess, strategize, and defend a claim.
