Cleaning Operative – Part-Time Evening Role (Banking Environment)

Location: Ullapool, Highland, IV26 2UD Job Type: Temporary Assignment Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:30pm – 5:45pm (6.25 hours per week) Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (PAYE) Start Date: Immediate Start Available Ref : 10022081 Job Overview We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to work within a secure banking environment in Ullapool, Highland.

This is a part-time temporary opportunity offering consistent weekday evening hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation while working independently in a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

General cleaning of office and customer-facing areas Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors Cleaning desks, workstations and touch points Cleaning kitchen and welfare facilities Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the site Reporting any maintenance or health and safety concerns Ensuring all cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and stored correctly Candidate Requirements Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Comfortable working alone and taking responsibility for site security Must be willing to act as a key holder and operate alarm systems where required Excellent attention to detail Professional, reliable and punctual approach Good communication skills Right to work in the UK Mandatory Requirements Successful candidates must: Be comfortable using a telephone-based time and attendance system Be able to work as a lone worker Be willing to act as a key holder where required Be comfortable operating alarm systems Provide valid photographic identification prior to starting work What We Offer Immediate start available Weekly pay Monday to Friday working pattern Ongoing temporary assignment Full training provided Opportunity to work within a prestigious banking environment Ongoing support from our recruitment team If you are a dependable and professional cleaner looking for part-time evening work in Ullapool, we would like to hear from you.
