Job description
The role of the Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) is critical in ensuring that suppliers consistently meet the maintenance of high-quality standards in the realm of manufacturing and production. Combining technical expertise with strategic oversight, SQEs act as the custodians of quality, diligently working to guarantee that every component and product provided by suppliers conforms to the company’s stringent requirements.
This role involves working closely with suppliers to develop quality control processes, conducting audits, and implementing improvement plans. The SQE will liaise with various departments within the company to ensure that suppliers adhere to the required standards and specifications.
