What You’ll Do 📌 ✅ Deliver exceptional patient service through phone, video, email, text, and portal communications ✅ Coordinate scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-up communications ✅ Support prior authorizations, pharmacy refills, and lab result tracking ✅ Accurately update and maintain patient records in our EMR ✅ Perform clinical administrative duties within the scope of your certification ✅ Protect patient privacy and ensure full HIPAA compliance What We’re Looking For 🌟 🔹 Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) required 🔹 2+ years of experience in medical office or telehealth setting preferred 🔹 Prior experience with an EMR required 🔹 Prior experience with Cover.
