JOB STATUS: Full time (40 hours), 12 months, Non-Union position LOCATION: Redwood Falls, MN We’re seeking a Youth Development Coordinator to lead impactful youth programs, track progress, and collaborate with partners. Bring your energy, ideas, and understanding of youth and community needs to help make a difference!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead & Support: Recruit and work with youth, families, and volunteers. Stay Organized: Keep records up-to-date and track progress. Plan Activities: Organize fun group events while ensuring safety. Network: Build connections with local businesses and organizations. Outreach: Represent the program at community events. Keep Learning: Attend trainings and stay up-to-date with the latest trends.

- You work well both independently and with a team.
- You know child development and how to connect families with resources.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree is a plus, but 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a human service-related field works too!
