Job description
General Functions: The fourth phase training program, where, through study and supervised on-the-job training, employee can advance to Line Specialist. A Line Specialist Apprentice III assists the line crew in routine duties of construction and maintenance while obtaining the necessary skills, knowledge, and work experience to be promoted.
Work is performed under close supervision by supervisors in upper-level related classifications. Work performance is evaluated by observation of results obtained and the ability to develop necessary knowledge and skills required to be promoted to the next position.
