Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School Setting

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join a supportive school district in Lacey, Washington. Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress planning
• Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
