Aggregates and screens facilitator, registration, and report information, referring specific points of concern to the professional development practitioner as needed. Suggests technology resources or processes to enhance provider and learner effectiveness and streamline compliance reporting. Coordinates orientation and onboarding activities, including new hire calendars, scheduling emails, and providing orientation resources.

Actively manages data analysis through the development of formulas, simple statistics, and graphs to evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives. Develops tools to support the NPD process, such as surveys and QR codes.

Education
