Billing Supervisor ($5,000 Sign-on Bonus)

The Billing Supervisor oversees Medical, Dental, and Behavioral Health billing operations across all CVCH sites. This role directs day-to-day billing workflows including coding support, charge entry, claim submission, payment positing, credit resolution, patient financial responsibility, and collections. The Billing Supervisor ensures compliance with FQHC billing requirements, federal and state regulations, payer contracts, and CVCH internal policies.

This position serves as the EPM Administrator (Athena Collector/Next. Gen), supporting configuration, optimization, and user training. The role provides leadership to billing staff, develops performance metrics, and drives continuous improvement in accounts receivable performance and clean-claim rates.
