The Estimator
- Mechanical/HVAC supports the sales team on strategic projects that develop our new project base. This role estimates HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical piping and sheet metal opportunities including bid-specification projects, design-build work, retrofits, equipment replacements and service projects. The successful candidate possesses advanced knowledge of HVACR, air distribution, hydronic, plumbing, steam and sheet metal systems and provides innovative, cost-effective solutions to clients. The estimator prepares detailed labour, material, equipment, and subcontractor cost estimates while providing technical support to Sales and Operations teams.
