You Will Perform various checks and reconciliations on a daily basis to ensure compliance with regulations.

Assist with filing and monitoring chargebacks. Review, analyze, and resolve chargebacks disputes efficiently and accurately Perform other financial adjustments for users and preparation of bank refunds Maintain various daily reports and ledgers. Support month-end activities by preparing and maintaining supporting documentation Work closely with other teams to achieve a smooth operation and improve our user experience Provide recommendations for process streamlining and improvements.

Requirements

Finance Professional - 2-3 years of working experience with a Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Economics. Experience in the financial industry will be a plus! Fearless Self Starter

• You are able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and work well both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in additional languages, particularly Mandarin, would be an added advantage given the role's exposure to regional markets, but is not a requirement.
