- Full-time Hours Compensation: $47/hr + Hygiene bonus program Sign on Bonus: $3,000 Schedule: Flexibile on any 4 days of the week Monday: 8am -4pm Tuesday: 9:30am - 6pm Wednesday: 9:30am - 6pm Thursday 8am-4pm Friday 8am - 4pm At Community Dental of Walled Lake, we believe in providing compassionate, high-quality dental care in a judgment-free environment. Your responsibilities
Reviewing and updating X‑rays, chart notes, and maintaining related equipment Recording detailed clinical narratives, probing depths, and documentation for claims Maintaining strict OSHA and HIPAA compliance Sterilizing instruments and managing hygiene supplies Performing Prophylaxis and Scaling & Root Planing Applying fluoride varnish and placing sealants Educating patients on oral health and the mouth‑body connection Supporting patient and team relations with professionalism and empathy Ensuring a safe, welcoming, and organized clinical environment Qualifications What You Bring Open to new grads and experienced Hygienists Current certification from an accredited Dental Hygiene program Strong communication and leadership skills A compassionate, patient‑centered approach Ability to connect with diverse patient populations At Community Dental of Walled Lake, we believe exceptional care begins with an exceptional team.
