Tekni. Plex is hiring a Multi-site Plant Manager for our Madison, WI facilities. The Plant Manager is responsible for providing strategic and hands-on leadership for the daily operation of two manufacturing facilities located in Madison, WI. This role ensures that plant operations meet or exceed safety, quality, cost, MOS and delivery expectations while supporting broader organizational goals and cultural commitments.
The Plant Manager will direct Operations Managers, Technical Operations and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and profitability. Salary range is $151,000 to $227,000 annually. Pay is based on experience.
