Assembler (LMC)

Longspan Mfg. Corp. is seeking a dependable Assembly Team Member to join our team in Gaylord, MI. This position is ideal for someone with a mechanical background who can accurately read a tape measure, enjoys hands-on work, and is willing to learn how to read and understand prints. This is a full-time, on-site position with a 5:00 AM start time.

Team members should be prepared to work 40 to 50 hours per week, with occasional Saturday work as needed. The right candidate will help assemble conveyors, dumpers, and related parts, while also supporting packing and shipping functions. Manufacturing experience is helpful, but we are open to candidates who are willing to learn and grow in the role.
