Job Description About the role As Tender and Pricing Lead , you will drive the execution of pricing and tender activities within the local market, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in maintaining market access and business continuity by owning pricing processes, managing tender submissions, and supporting reimbursement activities.

This role acts as a central operational interface with health authorities, procurement bodies, and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring that pricing and tender strategies are effectively implemented in line with Takeda’s standards. How you will contribute Execute local pricing strategies in line with global and regional guidance, using data and market insights to support recommendations Lead end-to-end hospital tender processes, including planning, documentation, submission, and contract follow-up Ensure all pricing and tender activities comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards Monitor pricing levels, tender developments, and contractual requirements, proactively identifying risks or inconsistencies Lead pricing and reimbursement applications and support interactions with health authorities, including preparation of relevant materials Provide operational input to product launches and lifecycle management related to pricing and market access Maintain accurate pricing data in internal and external systems, ensuring consistency, data quality, and compliance Act as a key contact for pricing and tender-related matters, coordinating cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Market Access, Finance, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams Lead communication on product availability, pricing updates, and tender outcomes, ensuring timely and clear information flow What you bring to Takeda Relevant degree in business, economics, life sciences, or similar field 3–5 years of experience in pricing, tendering, market access, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector Solid understanding of local healthcare systems and tender processes Strong analytical and organisational skills, with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across functions Good knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks A structured and accountable working style with a focus on execution and quality Locations FIN
