Retail Manager Hourly

Hometown Pharmacy is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Front-End Retail Manager to lead the retail side of our pharmacy & help create an exceptional experience for our patients & customers.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys developing employees, merchandising, driving sales, and being actively involved in the day-to-day success of the store. Unlike a traditional retail environment, our front-end team works closely with our pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, & other pharmacy staff to create a welcoming, collaborative environment & provide a seamless experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who enjoys working with people, takes ownership of their department, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed.
