In this role, you will mentor and support residential staff while ensuring each resident receives compassionate, individualized care aligned with their treatment plan. Blending leadership with hands-on engagement, the Program Supervisor guides direct care staff through coaching, performance feedback, and accountability, upholding high standards of care and compliance with policies and procedures. You will play a key role in shaping team culture, fostering professional growth, and maintaining consistency across the program. At the same time, you will actively support residents in their day-to-day experience, helping to create a stable, therapeutic milieu through structured routines, effective crisis intervention, and a wellness-focused approach. Your presence and leadership will directly contribute to meaningful progress in each resident’s treatment journey.
