HR Risk, Safety, and ADA Coordinator

Coordinates the County’s Risk, Safety, and ADA programs. Works with all County departments to fulfill safety training, accident and incident reports and follow-on analysis, and OSHA requirements. Reduces the County’s risk through development of risk management plans, employee training, and incident analysis. Processes and manages claims for property, liability, and Worker’s Comp.

Serves as the County’s ADA coordinator, coordinating and ensuring County-wide compliance with ADA standards. Work is performed under the general supervision of the HR Director and is reviewed primarily through results attained.
