🌟 Position: Behavior Interventionist Behavior Interventionists provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. This role involves working one on one with clients, helping them build communication, social, and self-help skills while collaborating with a supportive and experienced clinical team.

💵 Compensation & Benefits $22.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and education

• Opportunities for advancement within the organization 🧩 Key Responsibilities ● Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents. ● Implement individualized behavior intervention plans. ● Collect and record data on client progress. ● Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments. ● Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). 🎓 Qualifications High School Diploma – REQUIRED Bachelor’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or related field (preferred but not required). Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must pass the TB test. Must pass criminal background check & fingerprint clearance.
