DTC Operations & Fulfillment Analyst

The DTC Operations & Fulfillment Analyst will work collaboratively with both internal teams and our 3PL warehouse to ensure excellent service and accurate processes are being upheld across the entire ecommerce post-purchase lifecycle, including fulfillment, shipping, delivery and returns. The analyst will ensure our internal and partner SLAs are being met, including marketplace and carrier performance, order processing, cycle counting, and reverse logistics operations.

This role will be responsible for identifying operational issues, alerting management, and supporting effective solutions to improve efficiency, scalability, and the overall customer experience.
