Responsibilities
Patients are our number one priority, and we always want to do what is best for them. Encourage efficient and office-focused use of time and discussions. Drive team excellence by leading dynamic staff meetings, delivering impactful training that empowers your colleagues, and pioneering innovative problem-solving strategies that elevate our entire practice.
Collaborate with the doctor and other team leaders on resolving conflicts that affect daily operations. Support of the overall goals and strategies, per the Annual Plan. Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines. Engage and foster patients through a positive experience. Engage in the Spear Analytics Platform, Action Center, My Day, and Weekly/Monthly Reports to be accountable for the systems involved in the back-office experience.
Supervise and monitor lab work, sterilization, x-ray protocols, chairside assisting, and new technology (Cerec, CBCT, etc.) Qualifications What We're Looking For Previous dental assisting experience required Leadership experience or a desire to grow into a leadership role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail Positive attitude with a patient-first approach Ability to mentor and support team members Passion for delivering exceptional patient care If you're looking for a rewarding opportunity with a growing practice that values leadership, teamwork, and professional development, we'd love to hear from you!
