Product Performance Manager – Electric Drive Trucks (EDT)

At SMS Equipment, our people are at the center of everything we do. As a Product Performance Manager – Electric Drive Trucks (EDT), you will play a critical leadership role in optimizing equipment performance and reliability across our mining customer fleets. Reporting to the Director, Mining Technical Services, you will lead a centralized technical team and collaborate with internal stakeholders, OEM partners, and customers.

This role is focused on improving machine performance, strengthening relationships, and driving reliability strategies that deliver value to our customers and business.
